Cindy Gorelle is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.

In this role, Ms. Gorelle is responsible for leading all aspects of Purolator’s Human Resources including strategy, organization and leadership effectiveness, talent management, learning and development, compensation and performance management, benefits, pension, and employee and labour relations. She is also responsible for Environment, Health and Safety.

Prior to joining Purolator in 2011, Ms. Gorelle was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Symcor Inc., a leading financial processing services provider.

Ms. Gorelle is a seasoned human resources executive having worked for several leading organizations such as CIBC, GE and Esso. She spent the majority of her career with GE/GE Capital having led the human resources function for several of its businesses in Canada and the U.S.

Ms. Gorelle holds degrees in Economics (BA Honours) and Industrial Relations (MIR) from Queen’s University. She also graduated from Royal Roads University’s Executive Coaching Program.

Ms. Gorelle is also a member of Purolator's Executive Management Council.
