Dennis Lopes is Senior Vice-President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.
 
In his role, Mr. Lopes is responsible for Purolator’s legal affairs and corporate governance, as well as for overseeing the corporate compliance, government relations, security and loss prevention, procurement and insurance functions.
 
Since joining Purolator in 2003 as Legal Counsel, Mr. Lopes has held several positions of increasing responsibility, most recently, Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

Mr. Lopes graduated from the University of Toronto with a BA in Political Science. After earning his LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School, Mr. Lopes began his career as a corporate lawyer at Goodmans, LLP in Toronto. He later earned an MBA from Queen’s University.

Mr. Lopes is a member of Purolator's Executive Management Council.
