1. What changes has Purolator made
to purolator.com?
We have redesigned and updated our homepage
of Purolator.com to make it easier and faster for you to find what
you are looking for. We want to provide you with the best shipping
experience from the network you trust.
Some of our enhancements include:
- A new login for E-Ship Online (ESO). You will now log into
MyPurolator™ to create your online shipments.
- New main navigation bar
- Quick Links to our most popular pages including our Purolator
Rate and Zone Guides, shipping locations and opening a Purolator
Business Account.
2. What are the new sections of the
navigation bar and what information do the sections include?
Our new navigation bar will now feature six
new sections: Ship, Track, Manage MyPurolator, Shipping Solutions,
Locations, and Support. Click

3. Why should I register for MyPurolator?
MyPurolator is designed to increase simplicity,
efficiency and speed for all your shipping needs. Get account-based
estimates, schedule current and future-dated pickups, order shipping
supplies, and receive greater visibility on your recent ESO shipment
and scheduled pickups - all in MyPurolator. Enjoy greater control
and flexibility than ever before, at no cost to you! It is just
one of the ways Purolator connects you to our extensive shipping
network.
4. Where do I log into MyPurolator?
You can log in on the homepage of purolator.com
or through any of our secure shipping tools. You will be redirected
to the specific tool you have selected.
To access your personal homepage of MyPurolator,
you will login from the homepage of purolator.com or select MyPurolator
Home from under the tab Manage MyPurolator.
5. Do I have to register for MyPurolator
if I already use Purolator E-Ship Online™?
If you are an existing Purolator E-Ship Online
user, you will already have access to MyPurolator. Simply log in
using your existing username and password and enjoy the benefits
of MyPurolator.
6. How do I register for MyPurolator
if I already have a Purolator Business Account?
If you already have a Purolator Business Account
and want to take advantage of the MyPurolator benefits, register
today at purolator.com/register and
select the second option (using an existing Purolator Business Account
and register for MyPurolator). With MyPurolator, you will now enjoy
the convenience of online shipping using E-Ship Online - scheduling
pickups, getting account-based estimates and ordering your shipping
supplies all in one location.
7. How do I update my profile on MyPurolator?
Log into MyPurolator and select “Manage
MyPurolator,” which provides access to your personal ESO information.
Keeping your profile up to date will help ensure you are provided
with the highest level of accuracy for your account-based estimates
and your shipments. In addition to keeping your shipping profile
up to date, MyPurolator contains other customized functions to help
you with even more shipping efficiencies:
- Set your shipping preferences – including the ability
to set your default pickup address
- Manage your accounts
- View your account activity and reports
- Receive E-Ship Online news
Please note that your online profile is not
connected to your billing or Purolator Business Account information.
If you wish to update your information, please complete the online
form.
8. Will I need to register for MyPurolator
to create a shipment?
There are multiple ways you can ship with Purolator.
If you would like to create shipments online, you must be a registered
MyPurolator user. If you are an existing user of Purolator E-Ship
Online, you already have access to MyPurolator. Simply log in using
your existing username and password and you will benefit from our
new enhanced online shipping tools that are sure to improve your
overall shipping experience with Purolator.
If you have added E-Ship Online to your favourites,
you will be automatically redirected to the new MyPurolator login.
9. Does MyPurolator allow me to schedule
pickups?
Yes. You can now schedule pickups up to one
year in advance with our new enhanced pickup tool. Within MyPurolator,
you can also view, modify, and void your scheduled pickups.
We have enhanced our pickup tool with the ability
to set your default shipping address within your MyPurolator preferences.
This feature will provide you with greater efficiency for future
scheduled pickups as your address will pre-populate decreasing the
amount of time you spend entering your shipping information.
10. Do I need to log into MyPurolator
to track my shipments?
You can continue to track your shipments from
the homepage of purolator.com without having to be logged into MyPurolator.
If you are logged into MyPurolator, you will
be able to view your most recent ESO shipments, including the tracking
number, the date the shipment was created, the shipment’s
recipient and the shipment details.
11. Do I need to log into MyPurolator
to get a shipping estimate?
In order to obtain an account-based estimate,
you will need to be logged into MyPurolator. If you are not logged
into MyPurolator, you will receive Purolator’s published list
rates for your estimate.
12. What other improvements has Purolator
made to the Quick Rate tool?
We have updated our Quick Rate tool with improved
functionality and a new look to provide you with greater accuracy
on your estimates and more visibility on your shipments. You will
now receive more detailed estimates that include transit times for
your shipments.
In addition, we have renamed our Quick Rate
tool to Estimates & Transit Times.
13. Has the process changed to order
shipping supplies online?
Yes, we have improved the process for placing
supply orders - giving you greater visibility on your orders. To
help manage your shipping supplies better, we now require that you
log in and order your supplies using your Purolator Business Account.
Purolator’s shipping supplies are still available at no charge
to Purolator Business Account customers. If you do not have a Purolator
Business Account, register for one today at purolator.com/gettingstarted.
14. I am unable to ship from a General Delivery, Rural Route or PO Box, is there something I need to do to update my profile?
To modify the ship from postal code, select My Profile under Manage MyPurolator and follow the steps below:
- Enter a valid postal code and select Address Finder
- The search will return a message indicating to populate the street number and request to select an option if multiple selection exists such as PO Box, GD, RR1; RR2 etc.
- Populate the Street Number field with the actual street number unless one did not exist and therefore you would need to write in the numeric 1
- Select one of the street options from the drop down menu (if multiple exists)
- This will populate the Street Name field
- In order for the pickup to be scheduled for this address, the 2nd address line must be populated with the street name or text
- Once you have completed these steps, select the Save button. You will now be able to create a label and schedule a pick up
